Register early for these upcoming events. Some have space and participation limits, so register and submit your deposits / payments early!

Reservation Cancellation Policy
Sending a deposit (or paying in full) for Chapter events reserves your space for the event. The deposit portion of your payment is not refundable, unless otherwise specified.
All events will be announced with a deadline date by which full payment is due.
If you have paid a deposit but miss the deadline for paying the balance, your
space will not be held. If you cancel your reservation before the deadline
date for full payment, and you have paid the full amount, you will receive a
refund minus the deposit. If you cancel your reservation after the deadline date
for full payment and you have paid the full amount, it will be your responsibly
to find a replacement, unless there is a waiting list. Be sure to tell the
event coordinator as soon as possible. The
replacement should make payment to you and you can send the pertinent
information for your replacement to the event chairperson.
